At Shine Learners Tutors, we are committed to providing the best learning experience for our students and their families. If you are not satisfied with the tutoring session, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

Refund Request: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of the tutoring session if you are not satisfied with the quality of the lesson. Please contact our support team at [insert contact details] to submit your request.

Eligibility: Refunds are only available for sessions where no significant progress was made, and the tutoring session did not meet the agreed-upon objectives. We will assess each case individually to ensure fair handling.

Partial Refund: In cases where part of a tutoring session was beneficial, we may offer a partial refund for the unsatisfactory portion of the session.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative or booking fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
